3. Check whether the SIM card is a directional traffic card. If it is a directional traffic card, you need to bind the IP of our server-related domain name (contact the manufacturer).

1. If they are on the same server, check whether you are in a WiFi network environment (some managed routes restrict IP for voice communication).
2. If you are on different servers, set the default server to the same server from the network management background.

1. Check whether the battery is not correctly installed. Remove the battery and reinstall it.
2. Check whether the battery is exhausted. Charge or replace the battery.
3. Check whether the power switch is faulty. Replace the power switch.
4. Check whether the battery contacts are dirty or damaged, resulting in poor contact. It is recommended to clean the battery for electric shock.
If the problem remains, please contact the manufacturer and distributor.

GPS / BD cannot locate

In the room and the place with poor satellite signal, the radio cannot be located. Try it in an open flat place or connecting to WiFi.
